3 Small Business Tips - Entrepreneurs

Forbes magazine, has an article written mainly for the small business owners and entrepreneurs with important advice.  This advice cannot be compared to our larger competitors because we are in a "break through" of our own.  Those three tips are:

1. ​Do not aim to match or beat prices offered by competitors
2. Deliver customer service that makes a lasting impression
3. Create a loyal program that encourages repeat customers

​Many of the inspiration quotes I come across are mainly giving the most important reminder to entrepreneurs, which is to follow your passion and to not forget why you started your business.  Our goals are to be unique - that's what builds loyalty to your brand and business.  As a small business owner more is expected in customer service than that of our larger competitors - it comes with the territory.
